Meet Lyzette Castillo-Simmons

From Kinesiology to Your Well-Being. 

A lifelong fascination with movement and the human body ignited my path in wellness. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, giving me a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. Furthering my knowledge, I earned a Master’s in Education, allowing me to effectively translate complex concepts into practical guidance for my clients.

I specialize in myofascial release and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching. These techniques help you achieve optimal mobility and address pain points by targeting fascia and improving neuromuscular communication. I’m passionate about educating you on proper body mechanics, recovery strategies, and overall wellness practices.

My goal is to empower you to take charge of your well-being, both on the massage table and beyond.
